Linear Single Row Egg Washing Machine Model EWM–12S is an automated equipment used to clean eggs, duck eggs, other egg products and various fruit and vegetable to remove surface stains and mud. ‌ It uses a mechanical method to wash away the stains on the surface of the eggs with a brush. It adopts a water jet cleaning method and is equipped with a water pipe and a large-diameter drainage outlet, making it faster and easier to discharge sediment. This machine is particularly suitable for cleaning salted eggs, as it can quickly remove stains and mud from the eggshells without causing damage to the eggs. The entire casting wheel components and motor equipment are wrapped and sealed, ensuring the service life and safety of the machine. 12 eggs can be placed each time, or 24 eggs can be customized at a time. The wool brush is made of special customized woolen material, which has a long service life, does not shed wool, and does not harm eggs while being cleaned.
