    Large Character Colored Touch Screen On-Line Non-Contact Ink Jet Printer Model IJP-X72, using 72mm Japanese Seiko Printhead which can be vertical downward or on the side (any angle). It is a Zero Maintenance, high resolution, THIRTY FIVE line (character height 1 to 72 mm) printer. It has Stainless Steel construction & can be installed on Porous production line to print B.No., Mfg.Date, Exp.Date, MRP `, Time, Serial No. (AGMARK), High Quality Logos, Hindi / Local Language also with option of 90o traverse print on labels, cartons, etc. It is a High-Speed printer & has a large Colored WYSIWYG Touch Screen Display & complete keyboard for setting all parameters. It can also accept data from computer via. USB connection and is capable of accepting variable / random data from Excel sheets or from external on-line sources like Weighing Scales, PLCs, etc. It can print variable High Resolution, Scannable 1D / 2D (Datamatrix / QR) Barcodes with changing/serial numbers as required for Primary / Secondary & Tertiary Packaging in the Pharmaceutical Industry, widely used in a variety of traceability system and product classification / identification purposes with support for protocol customization. It also has the provision of connecting up to TWO 72 mm Seiko Print-Heads simultaneously with different data from each head for a large 140 mm (5.5”) height print (Model IJP-X140).

    This printer is fully Electronic without CORE system &does not have any air pump, viscosity control unit, filters, etc. & so there is no maintenance required (No AMC). It does not require separate make up or wash solution as everything is included in the disposable ink cartridges making it very user friendly for the Operator. The running / Printing cost is only about 2 Paise per impression (25 char).
