The system comes complete with conveyor system to feed egg trays & can print Company Name, Serial No., LOGO, Pro. Dt., Exp. Dt., B. No., QR Code, etc. It is a High Speed printer & has a 10.1” Colored Touch Screen Display for setting all parameters. The printer can store unlimited messages. It has a capacity of printing 60,000 ~100,000 eggs / hour of soil eggs, firewood eggs, foreign eggs, duck eggs, pine eggs, preserved eggs, colorful eggs, etc.

It includes an On-Line Industrial Continuous Ink Jet Printer (CIJ) Model IJP – CIJ-1890, which is a FOUR line (character height 1 to 15 mm) with up to 280m/min (7 dots) and 480 m/min (5 dots) printing speed. It has Stainless Steel construction with user-friendly 10.1” sensitive colour touch screen, low maintenance need, supports self-clean and self-detection & can be installed on Porous & Non-Porous production lines to print B.No., Mfg.Date, Exp.Date, MRP₹, Time, Logos, Serial No. (AGMARK) variable data, QR/BAR codes, etc, etc. on bottles, pouches, labels, cartons, Tins, Pipes, Cables, etc.

Intelligent Ink and Solvent Cartridges with Toggle-insert ink change technology reduces downtime, with real-time on-screen display of ink and solvent levels and maintenance alerts. With a 750ML ink tank, it can print 8 million characters, about 1 million production dates, typically only 10ml solvent is used per hour. It has a long standby time, even after 35 days off, the machine is ready to work without the hassle of flushing as it adopts imported MicroPump gear pump and Norgren solenoid valve. The IP55 protection class makes it easy to cope with the harsh factory production environment.
