High Speed Table Top Coder Model TTC - 380 – T for registered printing of B.No., Mfg. Dt., Exp. Dt., MRP `, etc. using Print-Dry Solid Wax System. The message (upto 6 lines) to be printed is composed by assembling changeable brass or grooved rubber stereos by pushing them onto the rods on the print drum. The stereos & the replaceable circular hot wax ink cartridge are heated to a temperature of around 150oC for printing on the substrate, so it is instant drying. The labels / cartons (max. size 300 X 500 mm) are stacked or fed individually in the input tray for feeding, automatically picked up one by one by the reverse roller, passed under the print head & stacked in the collection tray at speeds upto 100/min. The location of printing is electronically settable by trim-pots & also a preset counter can be set for the coder to stop automatically when the desired production is over. (Free accessories include 2 mm Numeric Brass Character Set & Hot Wax Ink Cartridge). This coder is ideal for Automatic High Speed Coding on large quantities of labels & cartons.
