Conveyor Mounted Electro-Mechanical (motorized) Coder Model CEMC – 35 – T with Digital display, soft touch keys& production counter, for automatic registered printing of B.No., Mfg.Dt., Exp.Dt., M.R.P. `, etc. on intermittent conveyor belt with Sensor & Automatic PLC Control. The stereos used are flat or grooved type which can be easily press fitted & replaced daily for a max. 4 to 6 line printing area of 35 X 35 mm & can give production speeds from 2000 to 4000 pieces per hour. When the product comes below the Print Head, the PLC uses the Sensor to sense it, stops the conveyor & prints at exact location. Then Conveyor moves forward for next printing. (Free accessories include ½ Lit. Ink, ½ Lit. Solvent, 2.5 mm Grooved Rubber Character Set & Ink Cartridge). This coder is multi-purpose & suitable for registered printing on pouches, labels, laminated cartons, tins, bottles, etc. moving on conveyor.
