Colored Touch Screen Six-Head Egg Jet Printer Model IJP – EGG–EP6 (12.7mm), which is an economical, Zero Maintenance, user friendly, high resolution, FOUR line, Non-Contact printer specially designed to print on 6 rows of eggs on tray simultaneously (in 6 different colors if required) without the use of Print-Head traversing system. The system comes complete with conveyor system to feed egg trays & can easily be integrated with existing production lines & can print Company Name, Serial No., LOGO, Pro. Dt., Exp. Dt., B. No., QR Code, etc. It is a High Speedsingle pass printer & has a 7” Colored Touch Screen Display for setting all parameters. The printer can store unlimited messages. It has a capacity of printing 15,000 ~30,000 eggs / hour of soil eggs, firewood eggs, foreign eggs, duck eggs, pine eggs, preserved eggs, colorful eggs, etc.

An elastic positioning baffle is installed at the head of the conveyor, facilitating the placement of egg trays by workers. A photoelectric sensor is installed at the conveyor end, which automatically stops the egg tray when it reaches the end of the conveyor line, preventing damage to the tray or the eggs. Universal wheels are mounted under the support feet, making it easy to move the machine, saving time and effort. The built-in cartridge detection function dynamically displays the remaining ink level; multiple indicator lights allow users to clearly monitor the status of each cartridge. USB interface allows users to quickly import coding files, graphic logos, and font files, meeting diverse customer requirements for marking variety. Eliminating the complex ink system tubing of traditional coding machines, avoiding the common issue of clogged nozzles from infrequent use. The cartridges require no cleaning, is plug-and-play, and is simple to maintain, offering economic and environmental benefits. Featured printhead buffer devices causes the printheads to rise automatically when eggs pass, preventing collisions while ensuring coding quality. Motor-driven automatic height adjustment for the printhead makes coding of different sizes of eggs worry-free.
