Automatic compact 4 Head Bottle Filling Machine Model AFM-100-4T is suitable for filling low viscosity liquid like juice, milk, water, oil, beer, wine, solutions, beverages, etc. on continuous conveyor line with no bottle no fill attachment. It has optional diving arrangement for foaming products as well as specially designed nozzles for drip proof filling. All contact parts are made of SS 304. It offers accurate filling with 4 nozzles and a speedy performance of up to 4 x 3.2L per minute. The machine's control panel with digital display allows precise parameter adjustments, offering flexibility in filling volume and speed. Suitable for mild acid/alkaline solutions, the silicone gel tubes and PVC plastic pump head ensure durability. It is unsuitable for very thick liquid (sauce, detergent, etc.), or liquid containing small particles. it suits industries like food & beverage factories, retail, restaurants, and farms.
